As complete techno phoebes we found computers and most technology very daunting.  We knew we needed to be more up to date and strived to have a modern system, but we did not know where to turn for the expertise.
CompNEO has been wonderful.  Krystian has a lot of patience and is always willing to help us with our queries.  He has been a god-send really.  Not only did he get us the technology that we needed, he installed it all, networked the entire system and then talked us through the use of it all.  We know that we can call on Krystian every time we have a question or query, and that can be quite often!  He is always willing to help and goes out of his way to ensure that our systems are meeting our needs and working to their best capability.
Without Krystian’s initial and on-going support we would be lost in the technology, and our organisation would not be as professional as it is now.  We cannot thank Krystian enough for his expertise and his gentle and approachable manner.  Our most recent venture included software that is very complex and we had full confidence in Krystian to find and customize the software for our use.  He takes on these tasks with a brave smile and nothing is ever too much hassle for him.  He is currently in the process of designing this system specifically to do exactly what we need it to do and this is something that we utterly rely on CompNEO for, without Krystian we would not know where to go for this kind of service and we also know that we would need to compromise on what we wanted.  With Krystian there is no compromise, he can deliver what we require.
As an organisation we would be lost without CompNEO and we are forever grateful to Krystian for his patience and on-going support."
