FeaturePlus now offers music on hold options, improved call quality, and options for number dispay/restriction.

• FEATUREPLUS and its call management features is controlled and configured through a secure (SSL certified) web portal accessed using a unique username and password.
• The web portal is built on a click-to-call architecture, allowing the user to click on numbers in their panel, and automatically call them.
• Three months of calls made, received and missed are provided in the Call History. Recorded are the time, date and duration of the call made/received, the caller’s number (and name if the number is saved in the address book) and the call location.
• The user is provided with an online address book to record all their contacts. The user can also download an existing Microsoft Outlook™ address book in to the system.
• Users can download a special dialler that allows them to make calls directly from Microsoft Outlook™ without having to access their FEATUREPLUS web portal.

Call Recording

FeaturePlus Call Recording is a network based call recording service which is highly cost-effective, fully flexible and features a unique file verification system to ensure integrity of recordings. It is a chargeable addition to the FeaturePlus and Virtual Numbers services. Calls can be stored locally, or online for up to six months, and it is ideal for compliance or for training/quality control purposes.

Virtual numbers

FeaturePlus also offers virtual numbers. Your company can create a local presence in areas where you are not based. This is a much more cost-effective replacement for old services, such as Caller Redirect or Remote Call Forward.
