• Each user may choose where unanswered calls are directed; either to their voicemail, an auto attendant, a co-worker, or another phone number.

• The user is provided with online directories to record all their internal and external contacts.

• The web portal allows the user to route calls according to different times of the day; ‘timed call routing’.

• Each handset shows all the lines currently in use, and lights up beside a busy line, allowing users to monitor who is available and who is not (also called busy lamp light).
